As a certified FRC® mobility instructor and massage therapist working with surfers for more than 15 years, I have designed targeted mobility, strength and breath-work sequences to help surfers who want to support their progress from the comfort of their home.

As a massage therapist working with local and landlocked surfers for almost two decades I understand the most common weaknesses. And I am a passionate surfer, in my fifties now. Researching and designing the most effective workouts is my passion.
